DESCRIPTION
An organic, citrus fragranced, non-petroleum cleaner and degreaser. Formulated with biodegradable solvents, surfactants and emulsifiers to replace petroleum or chlorinated solvent-based products. Formulated to degrease molds, dies, and other industrial equipment. Effectively emulsifies tar and asphalt, and removes many industrial glues and protective coatings. Good cleaner for unpainted concrete floors, and for removing scuff and rubber tire marks and as a spotter and gum remover for carpets. May damage some plastic and/or painted surfaces. Test on an inconspicuous area before general use.

DIRECTIONS
DEGREASER FOR CONCRETE FLOORS AND EQUIPMENT - Floors: Depending
on amount of soil, apply undiluted product or prediluted with water (up to 2 oz. per
gallon) to soiled area. Scrub as necessary with brush or floor machine. Rinse
thoroughly. Pick up with mop and wringer or wet pick-up vacuum. Greasy Equipment
and Parts: Brush, wipe or spray undiluted product onto soiled areas, agitate where
necessary. Rinse thoroughly with strong stream of water, preferably high pressure or
steam. NOTE: May damage some plastic, rubber, and/or painted surfaces. Test on
an inconspicuous area before general use.
SEWAGE TREATMENT AND RENDERING PLANTS: May be used straight or
prediluted with water before use. May be applied directly or set up on automatic
drip for constant control.
DRAIN AND GREASE TRAPS: To unclog drains pour 8 oz. of Zep Big Orange-
E into drain and allow to stand for one hour. Flush with hot water. To prevent
grease buildup; once a week pour 2 to 4 oz. Zep Big Orange-E into drains and
after one hour, flush with water.
CAUTION: DO NOT use Zep Big Orange-E in conjunction with acidic i.e. - (Zep
Flo) drain openers.
ODOR CONTROL: For general odor control, dilute 4 oz. of Zep Big Orange-E
per gallon of water and spray refuse dumps, trash cans, dumpsters, etc.
GRAFFITI REMOVAL AND CLINGING DEGREASER: Prepare a thickened
emulsion by mixing 3 parts Zep Big Orange-E with 1 part cold water. Agitate
thoroughly by stirring or shaking to develop a milky, homogeneous, thick liquid.
Pour emulsion into trigger pressure sprayer, such as a Zep Model 6400, for
small jobs; or Zep Model 9-C or 3P-C for larger jobs. Thoroughly coat graffiti with
the emulsion. Allow it to remain in contact for 5-10 minutes. Agitate stubborn
spots with a stiff brush or nylon scouring pad when necessary, and when no
danger of scratching surface exists. Rinse thoroughly with a strong stream of
water.
CARPET SPOTTING AND GUM REMOVAL: Spotting - Wet carpet
surrounding spot, then blot with absorbent towel wetted with product. Gum
Removal - Using towel wetted with product, wet and rub gum to soften and
remove.
NOTE: DO NOT overly wet foam rubber backed carpet as solvent may cause
backing to deform and "bubble" carpet.
